About Tucker's Point Kennels
My name is Libbie Dorris and I am the owner of TPK! I am a certified dog trainer who graduated from Starmark Academy with my Canine Training and Behavioral Specialist certification in April of 2024. I have always had a passion for animals and I didn't truly know what I wanted to do with my life before getting Tucker a German Shorthair Pointer in January of 2021. Tucker is where my passion for dogs and dog training really exploded. I was a Dog Trainer, Puppy Preschool Teacher, and the Head DaySchool Teacher at Smoken Dakota Kennels for a year and a half and then decided to branch out from there.

Tucker
January 11, 2017-June 19, 2026
Tucker was the best dog a girl could have asked for. He was my best friend and the reason I found my passion for dog training. Tucker was diagnosed with Cauda Equina Syndrome shortly after I rescued him from a local humane society and lived a full life with me until he no longer was getting the quality of life he deserved. He was an avid food beggar, the best snuggler, and truly my souldog.
Vojai
Vojai is a 3 year old purebred GSP who loves to run, perform tricks, and really is just my passenger princess! Vo is my behavioral modification helper and has helped handfuls of dogs with their reactivity. She is a go getter and just wants to please. She has a knack for finding any treat that you may have hidden and has a love so great for humans and dogs alike. She was my first ever behavioral case as she has social reactivity, meaning she loves dogs and humans too much. Through training Vojai has made immense progress and no longer barks and lunges towards dogs.
Rafael
Rafael is a young purebred Doberman Pincher who is the newest member of the TPK family! Since I was a little girl I have dreamed of owning a Doberman. When I found out I would have to put Tucker down due to his back disease I knew I had to get Vojai a new friend. Rafael is a sporting prospect and will be venturing into the show world, agility, bitework, and just about anything we can get our hands on for him! He is a bundle of puppy energy and is the smartest dog I have ever met!
